Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Boothlane by EaseMyExpo ("we," "us," or "our"), an AI-powered 3D trade show booth design platform available at easemyexpo.in and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Boothlane by EaseMyExpo provides AI-assisted tools to generate 3D trade show booth and stall visualizations, manage design history, share designs via links, purchase credits for generations, and related features such as corrections, reference presets, and configurator tools. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.

To access most features you must create an account or sign in (including via Google OAuth). You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and authentication methods.
• Notify us promptly at hello@easemyexpo.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for activity that occurs under your account, except where caused solely by our breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear compromised, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

Certain features (including AI design generations) require credits or a paid plan.

Credits:

Credits are consumed when you use paid generation or other credit-based features. Credit balances, pack sizes, and consumption rates may vary by plan or promotion and are shown in the product at the time of use or purchase.

Purchases:

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. You authorize us and our processors to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts displayed at checkout.

Taxes:

Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or fees. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase unless we collect them as required by law.

Refunds:

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written offer, credit purchases and plan fees are non-refundable once payment is completed. Unused credits may expire or be subject to plan rules disclosed at purchase.

Promotional & starter credits:

Free, trial, or promotional credits may be limited, non-transferable, and revocable if we detect abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.

You retain ownership of content you submit to or create within the Service, including logos, brand colors, custom-made fascia text and graphics, reference images, prompts, booth dimensions, company information, and other design inputs ("User Content"). By submitting or saving User Content (including custom fascia designs and booth layouts), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, store, display, adapt, and use that content to provide, maintain, secure, and continuously improve the Service (including for training AI models, developing reference presets, enhancing generation quality, and optimizing tool performance).

• You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and to grant the license above.
• You must not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
• You must not upload malware, illegal material, or content that is defamatory, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.

If you create a shareable link for a design, anyone with the link may view the shared design (including unauthenticated viewers). You are responsible for deciding what you share and with whom. Do not share confidential client work via public links if confidentiality requirements prohibit it. We are not responsible for third parties who access designs through links you create or distribute.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying models, systems, or non-public APIs except as allowed by law.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service, other users, or our infrastructure (including rate abuse, bots that overload the system, or security probing without authorization).
• Using the Service to generate content for unlawful purposes, fraud, or to mislead others about safety, certifications, or official approvals.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or providing the Service as a white-label product without our prior written consent.
• Circumventing credit limits, paywalls, access controls, or account suspension measures.
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

The Service may integrate third-party services such as Google authentication, payment processors, cloud hosting, and analytics. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continued use would pose risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may request account or data deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
